Anne Waleski
Independent Director, Retired Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Markel Corporation
After a 26 year career at Markel Corporation, Anne decided to retire early. She is currently a Director for Liberty Mutual Insurance, Enact Holdings, Inc. and Tredegar Corporation. She is on the board of the Virginia Institute of Marine Science.
Anne received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at the College of William and Mary and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Richmond.
Anne enjoys a variety of active pursuits and hobbies. She has participated in our CarMax Tacky Light Run as well as the Richmond Half Marathon.
