Tamara Wagner
Vice President of Organization Management, Allianz Partners
Tamara is the VP of Organization Management for Allianz Partners, responsible for planning and executing the corporate portfolio in line with the key strategic priorities to enhance profitability, productivity and efficiencies throughout the organization. In short, she leads the team that ‘gets things done’. Her primary focus is on the U.S.; however, she has global responsibilities as well with various programs and ensures the proper alignment with global processes, strategy, and standards. Tamara began her career at Allianz in 2004 with the majority of her time spent in the project management field.
Tamara has lived in the Richmond area for over 20 years. She resides in Midlothian with her husband, Tommy, and their 7-year old daughter, Brynn. They enjoy outdoor activities, including regular trips to the Shenandoah Valley and also enjoy cheering on Brynn with her seasonal activities, such as soccer and gymnastics. Tamara enjoys running and has participated in numerous Sports Backers events over the years, with the Richmond Half-Marathon being her favorite. She is also a member of Orange Theory Fitness and enjoys getting beat up by Shaun T through the various Insanity workouts.
