Lisa Ruggles
Senior Vice President of Portfolio Research, CoStar Group
Lisa Ruggles joined CoStar Group in 1999 and has held positions spanning nearly every aspect of research during her career. Previously Vice President of Field Research, Lisa launched CoStar’s research coverage of numerous markets throughout the United States, facilitating the Company’s national expansion, as well as launching CoStar’s research coverage in Canada and the United Kingdom. She moved to Richmond in 2017 where she opened CoStar’s Research Headquarters, made up of a staff of 700 professionals. When Lisa is not in one of her global research centers, she enjoys spending her free time running the trails around Richmond.
