New Event Update: Harvest Hustle 5k and 1-Miler announced for October 29
Fall-themed 5k and 1-mile running event to take place in Richmond’s Byrd Park
Get ready to fall into fun on October 29 at the Harvest Hustle 5k and 1-Miler, the newest event from Sports Backers! Registration is now open for the event that combines all things fall with a healthy dose of exercise—it’s the perfect excuse to get outside! Stroll (or sprint) through Byrd Park, breathe in the crisp autumn air, and soak in Richmond’s beautiful fall scenery. And after you complete your 5k or 1-mile course, be sure to stick around for the fall festival and celebrate your accomplishment. Event Schedule – Saturday, October 29
9:00 AM
- Packet pick-up opens
- Festival begins – featuring games, a DJ, sign making area, and autumn-themed goodies.
- Costume Contest check-in (located near award structure). Be sure to check back after the race to see if you won!
10:00 AM
- 1-mile race starts
10:30 AM
- 5k race starts
12:30 PM
- Festival ends

Entries are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be deferred to another year. This is a rain or shine event.
