Will has played several different roles on the Sports Backers team, but now as our Chief Administrative Officer he strives to enhance Sports Backers’ marketing, sponsorship, and fundraising efforts to maximize the impact that the organization’s events and programs have on the health and vibrancy of the Richmond region. A former JMU Duke, Will stays active by playing volleyball, cycling, running and swimming–which is fitting since he majored in Sports and Recreation Management. He loves spending time outside with his family and is a volunteer soccer coach. Will currently serves on the board of directors for SwimRVA and Fit4Kids and was a member of the 2018 class of Leadership Metro Richmond.

Favorite place to be outside in Richmond: “The river, Virginia Capital Trail, Deep Run Park, ARC Park with the family, just walking around the neighborhood, really anywhere.”
