By: Brantley Tyndall, Director of Bike Walk RVA
Bike Walk RVA Academy
The application period for the annual Bike Walk Academy is open, and we need you! Sign up for our six-week training session to develop interested applicants into coordinated and effective advocates for biking and walking infrastructure. This program is the foundation for successes like the Fall Line trail, protected bike lanes, and the planning and funding required to build them.
Applications accepted until January 22, 2025 here.
2025 Engagement Survey
Help us better serve you and the communities around the region by completing our Engagement Survey. You answers will help us communicate more effectively with volunteers and advocates, but with our region’s leaders. Tell us how we’re doing, and share any ideas you may have!
We thank you for your time and attention – your response enters you for a chance to win one of three $100 gift cards to the bike shop of your choice. Lucky winners will be drawn on February 1, 2025!
2025 Kickoff Happy Hour
Join us for an informal happy hour at Vasen to learn our plans for the year as we continue to focus on building the Fall Line trail, prevent drivers from parking in bike lanes, help our localities plan and develop active transportation projects, and have some fun during RVA Bike Month!
