2:30-4:30 p.m. – Team Captain Drop Off
5:00 p.m. – Pre-race Party & Networking begins
6:00 p.m. – Fitness warriors pre-race warmup on stage
6:30 p.m. – 5k Begins
7:00 p.m. – Hirschler Post Race Office Party begins on the campus of Dominion Innsbrook Technical Center
7:30 p.m. – Awards Announced (CEO Challenge winners & Fit4Kids Charity Cup Challenge winner)
8:30 p.m. – Ticket Sales End
8:45 p.m. – Last Call
9:00 p.m. – Event Close
