    Urban hiking is a walk in the city that sometimes leads off the beaten path. Start the week off right with an Urban Hike.   • Mat Pilates w/ Lindsey 9:30am *1st and 4th Saturdays only*

    * Contact the instructor prior to attending* This Mat Pilates class is for all fitness levels and will focus on strength, flexibility, balance, and movement control through repetitive low intensity movements. Whether it's your first time ever taking a Pilates class, or you’re a veteran to Pilates, you will be sure to get a full body workout to the upbeat music in this class, and leave feeling better than when you walked thru the door. *Materials: Please come with your own personal yoga/Pilates mat, and a water bottle.
