Belle Isle Bike Trials

Check out this bike trials competition in downtown Richmond. The competition will take place in a section of the James River Park where the riverbed is exposed called the dry way. The dry way is located immediately south of Belle Isle. The grand finale for the top three riders will be held on Brown’s Island just prior to a free concert and fireworks over the James River. You won’t want to miss being part of the ultimate outdoor sports party—the James River Adventure Games.

When:

Saturday, June 14 - competition begins at 11 a.m.

   
Where: The bike courses will take place on the dry way just south of Belle Isle. The obstacles on the Dry Way are made of natural sculpted, rock, riverbed.
   
Cost and registration: $25 in person on June 14 only. Registration on-site will be from 9 - 10 a.m. at the course on Belle Isle. There is no mail-in or online registration.

Event fee includes a cool James River Adventure Games t-shirt free admission to concert, fireworks and other fun stuff.

   
Awards:

Prize money to awarded to the top three riders. Trophies and prizes for top three riders in all categories: Pro, Expert, Intermediate, and Beginner.

There will be a number of competitions taking place in and around the James River Park. Please be respectful of competitors in the other competitions.
