For Life Kids Challenge program is fun and it's FREE!!
Simply follow these easy
steps:
1. Run!
Run or walk 1 mile every other day. That’s
four laps around a regulation track. Or, find a safe
place to run in your neighborhood. Color one square
each time you complete 1 mile. Click
here to print out a Running Log to track your progress.
(For best results, print on 11
x 14 (Legal size) paper.)
2. Earn!
Kids Challenge runners earn terrific
rewards for accomplishing goals. Every five miles, you
earn a FREE prizes from the Sports Backers. Just have
an adult sign the appropriate sponsor coupon, then trade
it in to claim your reward!
A great way to keep motivated
is to sign up to participate in the
First Market Mile Kids Run
on Saturday, April 5, 2008. Not only is the race a ton
of fun, it counts towards a mile on your running log!

Celebrate!
To complete the Kids Challenge, run all
26 miles, color in the squares and collect your finisher’s
medal!
