Want to Register a Large Group?
Do you or your company want to pay the entry fees for a group of members or employees to participate in the 10k? Using our automated Bulk Registration feature, you now have the ability to pay for 10 entries or more. You are then given a special code that will allow members of your group to register themselves online without having to pay the entry fee.
How it Works
Follow this link to our secure Bulk Registration page. Once there, you will be prompted for basic information about your group or organization. You will then select the number of entries you want to purchase and be asked for your credit card information. You will then receive your Bulk Registration Code. Please share this code with your group and send them to our sign up page to register themselves. Just have them use the code where it asks for the Promotional Code and it won't ask them for payment.
Entry Fees:
Bulk Registration is not a group discount. You are still paying the full 10k registration fee for each person. What Bulk Registration allows you to do is pay for a large number of people up front. It is then the responsibility of each individual to register themselves (using the Bulk Registration Code in lieu of payment) for the race.
Please Note:
- There is no refund for unused Bulk Registrations. If you are unsure of the final quantity you will need, buy a smaller number and come back and purchase more (in any quantity necessary - there is no minimum) as needed.
- Your Bulk Registration Code is good for as long as online registration for the race remains open. In other words, if you pay for a group of registrations at the $25 rate and some of your group doesn't register until after February 1 (when the race registration fee goes up), your code will still be honored and each registrant will still be paid in full.
- The race is limited to the first 35,000 who register. Once this limit is reached or online registration closes, no more entries will be accepted even if they have already been paid for through the Bulk Registration feature. Remember, unused Bulk Registrations will not be refunded.
